Section 16 in Tamil Nadu Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2015
16. Dissolution of Town Vending Committee.
- If, in the opinion of the authority referred to in sub-rule(3) of rule 11, a Town Vending Committee persistently makes defaults in the performance of duties imposed on it by or under the Act and these rules or exceeds or abuses its powers, then the said authority may, by order, dissolve such Town Vending Committee and shall constitute a fresh Town Vending Committee.
