Section 1 in Head Clerk, Class III, (Departmental Examination) Rules, 2013
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Head Clerk, Class III, (Departmental Examination) Rules, 2013.(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.(3)They shall apply to the persons appointed as Junior Assistant. Class III, in the subordinate service of the Chief Electrical Inspectorate, Gujarat State, whether by promotion or otherwise.
