Section 104(1)(a) in Mizoram Cooperative Societies Act, 2006

(a)an a Demand Certificate as in Schedule-A issued by the Registrar or his subordinate officers or persons authorized by him or the arbitrator shall be deemed to be a decree passed by Civil Court and shall be executed in the same manner as if it were a decree of civil court and such decree shall be executed by Registrar or any person or officer authorized by him in writing in this behalf by attachment and sale or sale without attachment of any property of the person or co-operative against wham or which such decision or order has been made;
