(2)The Executive Council may return to the Academic Council for reconsideration, either in whole or in part, any draft proposed by the Academic Council under sub-section (1) alongwith its suggestion:Provided that the Executive Council shall not be bound to make, amend, repeal or add to the draft proposed by the Academic Council itself. It may, however, reject the draft, if not found suitable, when submitted to it by the Academic Council for the second time.
