Section 46(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice Act, 1997
(1)The Government may, notwithstanding any thing contained in this Act, at any time, order a neglected or delinquent juvenile to be discharged from the juvenile home or special home, either absolutely or on such condition as it may think fit to impose.
