Section 1 in The Railway Claims Tribunal (Financial And Administrative Powers) Rules, 1989
1. Short title and commencement
.-(1) These rules may be called The Railway Claims Tribunal (Financial and Administrative Powers) Rules, 1989.(2)They shall come into force on the "appointed day"[] [Brought into force on 8-11-1989 vide S.O. 784(E), dated 5-10-1989] within the meaning of clause (b)of section 2 of the Act.
