44. Audit of Account.
(1)The accounts of the university shall be audited at least once in a year at intervals of not more than fifteen months by the examiner of local fund accounts of the State.(2)The copy of the audited accounts together with the audit report shall be submitted by the Board of Management to the State Government and the same shall be laid on the table of the Legislative Assembly.
