                   PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India

                   praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus,            directing the third

                   respondent to conduct a peace committee meeting to enquire about the

                   system of Ex-Communication followed by the respondents 5 to 9 and

                   consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take necessary action against

                   the respondents 5 to 9 by considering the petitioner's representation dated

                   21.07.2017 within a time stipulated by this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has already given change of vakalat.
