27. Amendment of licence.
- Where in its opinion, the public interest so requires, the State Government may on the application of a licensee, direct the Commissioner to make such amendments in the terms and conditions of a licence as it thinks fit having regard to the objects and purposes of this Act and the Commissioner shall make amendments in the licence accordingly.
