Section 46(1) in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Election) Rules, 2000
(1)The presiding officer shall close a polling station at the hour fixed on that behalf under rule 23 (1)(d) and shall not thereafter admit any elector into the poling station,Provided that, all electors present inside the polling station before it was closed shall be allowed to cast their vote.
