Section 20(4) in Himachal Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2006
(4)The first annual general meeting shall be held by a Society within fifteen months of its registration. The subsequent annual general meeting of the Society shall be held with in twelve months after the first annual general meeting:Provided that the Registrar may, for special reasons to be recorded in writing, extend the time within which an annual general meeting shall be held by a further period not exceeding three months.
