(1)This Act may be called the Purba Medinipur University Act 2017.(2)This section, section 65, section 66, section 67 and section 68 shall come into force at once; and the remaining provisions of this Act shall come into force on such date or dates as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.
