Section 4(4) in The Central Road Fund (State Roads) Rules, 2007
(4)The State Governments or the Union Territory Administration, while furnishing the details relating to projects. schemes or activities to the Central Government, shall observe the procedure as prescribed under rule 5 and rule 6 of these rules.
