20. Dean of Faculty and Dean of Student Welfare.
(1)There shall be a Dean for each Faculty and Dean of Student Welfare in each constituent college, who shall be appointed, in such manner, as may be prescribed by the Statutes.(2)The salary and allowances payable to the officers as specified in sub-section (1), the conditions of service and the powers to be exercised and the functions to be performed by them shall be, such as, may be prescribed in the Statues.
