Having heard learned counsel for the rival parties, we are of the view, that the petitioners should have approached the High Court under Article 226 rather than approached this Court under Article 32 of the Constitution of India. In view of the above, liberty is granted to the petitioners to move the High Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India within three weeks Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by from today.
