Section 21(1) in Bihar State Board of Homeopathic Medicine (Electoral Rolls and the Conduct of Elections and Election Petition) Rules, 1955
(1)If after making such inquiry as may be necessary the State Government or the officer authorised by the State Government in this behalf finds that the election was valid, it shall dismiss the petition and may award costs in its discretion.
