Order No. 19.04.2023 01. 1. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction for early
admission of S.R.P. Case No.632 of 2019 pending before the Addl. Commissioner, Survey & Settlement & Consolidation, Berhampur.
2. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs in the event the Petitioner files a memo before the Competent Authority for early admission of the matter within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken for admission of the S.R.P. Case No.632 of 2019 within a period of one month thereafter.
