Section 1 in Kerala Prevention of Eviction Act, 1966
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Kerala Prevention of Eviction Act, 1966.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala.(3)It shall come into force oh the date of its first publication in the Kerala Gazette.
