Section 4(1) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Act, 2008
(1)Every registered society, prior to coming into force of this Act, registered either under Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Act 1935 or under Jharkhand Self supporting Co-operative Societies Act 1996 shall be deemed to have been registered under this Act, and its bye-laws shall, so far as they are not inconsistent with the express provisions of this Act, continue in force until altered or rescinded .
