Section 1 in The M.P. State Aid to Industries Act, 1958
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Madhya Pradesh State Aid to Industries Act, 1958.(2)It extends to the whole of the Madhya Pradesh.(3)It shall [come into force on such date] [W.e.f. 21-9-1959.] as the State Government may, by notification, appoint in this behalf.
