Section 1 in The Assam Court-Fees (Amendment) Act, 1955

1. Short title, extent and commencement.

(1)This Act may be called the Assam Court-Fees (Amendment) Act, 1955.
(2)It extends to the whole of Assam.
(3)It shall come into force at once.
