Section 24 in Tamil Nadu Private Universities Act, 2019
24. Authorities of Private University.
- The following shall be the authorities of a Private University, namely:-(a)the Governing Council;(b)the Executive Council;(c)the Academic Council;(d)the Finance Committee;(e)the Planning Board; and(f)such other authorities as may be declared by the statutes to be authorities of the Private University.
