Section 923(a) in Police Regulations, Bengal , 1943
(a)A forward diary of officers returning from leave shall be maintained by the Reserve officer in Bengal Form No. 25. He shall submit the diary to the Superintendent or the Additional Superintendent, as the case may be, at least two days previous to the date on which the officer is due to return to duty. Orders of posting will then be passed, unless this has already been done.
