Section 2(d) in The Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation of Supply and Distribution) Order, 1993
(d)"delivery person" means a person employed by a distributor or a Government Oil Company or a parallel marketer, whether for wages or otherwise, to deliver liquefied petroleum gas in cylinders to consumers;
