Section 40A(1) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employees' Service) Regulations, 2001
(1)Paternity Leave may be granted to a male Staff member (natural father), with less than two surviving children, during the confinement of his wife for child birth, for a period of fifteen days per child, from fifteen days prior to the delivery or up to six months from the date of such delivery.
