(2)The University may assume responsibility for the maintenance of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Fishery, Sericulture and Forestry Training/Educational Centres and Research and experimental stations, and for the programme of training of field extension workers and for the establishment, development and operation of such centres as may be required in various parts of the State.
