157. Due compliance with the Act, Rules of Procedure and the Rules of Practice
.-The Registrar or any officer authorised by him may, for the purpose of satisfying himself that the provisions of the Act, the Rules of Procedure and the Rules of practice are duly complied with, make such enquiry as he deems fit and call upon such party, as he deems necessary to appear before him and pass such orders as he deems proper.
