Section 14 in Sri Sathya Sai University for Human Excellence Act, 2018
14. The Pro-Visitor.
(1)The Hon'ble Minister for Higher Education, Government of Karnataka shall be the Pro-Visitor of the University.(2)The Pro-Visitor shall, when the Visitor is absent, preside at the Convocation of the University for conferring degrees and diplomas.
