01.03.2021 Learned Principal Judge Ganderbal had reported that record of the Challan has been consigned to records of Saddar Court, Srinagar. However, In-charge Record Keeper Saddar Court, Srinagar has reported that no record has been consigned to Record Keeper, Saddar Court, Srinagar from the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Ganderbal and in support of that he has annexed the disposal record of the month of April 2010.
Record Keeper of Sessions Court Ganderbal shall coordinate with the Record Keeper of Saddar Court Srinagar to ensure that the record of the trial court is sent and received by this Court positively by or before the next date of hearing.
