Section 86(1) in Andhra Pradesh Co-Operative Societies Act, 1964
(1)The Registrar, or where the Government appoint any other person in this behalf, such person, shall be the Trustee for the purpose of securing the fulfilment of the obligation of the [Andhra Pradesh State Co-operative Bank Limited] [Substituted by Andhra Pradesh Act No. 14 of 1994, w.e.f. 30-4-1994. ] to the holders of debentures issued by the Board.
