Section 38(1) in The Chhattisgarh Sah Chikitsa Parishad Act, 2001
(1)The Registrar shall cause to be prepared, in such form as may be prescribed, a budget in respect of the financial year next ensuing, showing the estimated receipts and expenditure and shall cause it to be laid before the Council at such time and in such manner as may be prescribed.
