66. [ Maternity Leave. [Notified in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II Section 3 Sub-Section (i) dated 25.09.1989.]
- The competent authority may grant to a female employee maternity leave for a period which may extend upto 3 months subject to a maximum of 12 months during the entire period of an employee's service.]
