Section 11(5)(a) in The Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University - Delhi Statutes, 2017

(a)Board of Governors shall ordinarily meet once every three months provided that the Chairman Board of Governors or Vice- Chancellor, with the permission of the Chairman, may he/she thinks fit, or, on a written requisition of not less than one-third of the existing members of the Board of Governors (fraction being rounded off to next higher number) call for a meeting. Not less than seven days notice shall be given for every meeting of the Board of Governors. In case of urgency, the Chairman, may call for a meeting at a shorter notice.
