Section 27(2) in THE ADMINISTRATOR GENERAL’S ACT, 1913
(2)Upon such appointment such assets shall vest in the Official Trustee as if he had been appointed trustee in accordance with the provisions of the Official Trustees Act, 1913 (II of 1913), and shall be held by him upon the same trusts as the same were held immediately before such appointment.
