7. Appointment of Chief Executive Officer of National Authority.
- The Chief Executive Officer of the National Authority referred to in sub-section (5) of section 8 shall be appointed on deputation basis for a period not exceeding five years under Central Staffing Scheme of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.
