33. Transfer and completion of courses of students institutions of CEPT.
- Any student of such institutions who immediately before the date of commencement of this Act studying or was eligible for any examination of the Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University shall be transferred to the University and permitted to complete his course in preparation of such examination and the University shall provide for such period and in such manner as may be prescribed by the regulations for the instructions, teaching, training and examinations of such students in accordance with the courses of study of the Hemchandrachaiya North Gujarat University.
