A government servant whose work requires him to be present at his station for a portion of the vacation is not considered to have availed himself of the vacation if he has not been absent from the station except on duty for more than fifteen days of the vacation. Every such government servant should, immediately after the close of the vacation, furnish a certificate in the form and according to the procedure prescribed in note 2 under Subsidiary Rule 146.
