(2)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.The objective of the regulations is to provide a framework for eligibility, registration process, fees etc. of Retirement Adviser and to define the scope of work and responsibility of the Retirement Adviser to ensure orderly growth of pension sector.
