Section 7(1) in Jharkhand Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2011
(1)A child attending a school referred to in the sections of the Act shall be entitled to free education according to the provision of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Act; Provided that a child with disabilities shall also be entitled to free special education and support material.
