Section 8(1) in Securities and Exchange Board of India {KYC (Know Your Client) Registration Agency} Regulations, 2011
(1)The KRA which has been granted a certificate of initial registration under regulation 7 may, three months before the expiry of the period of certificate of initial registration, make an application for grant of certificate of permanent registration in the Form as specified in Schedule I.
