Section 31(3) in The Orissa Development Authorities Act, 1982
(3)If the State Government sanctions the draft town planning scheme, it shall in such notification mention the place at which and time during which the draft town planing scheme as so sanctioned shall be open to inspection by the public and the State Government shall also mention therein where and during what hours a copy thereof or any extract therefrom, certified to be correct, shall on application be available for sale to the public at a price to be mentioned in the notice.
