Section 2(j) in The Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Regulation Of Use In Motor Vehicles) Order, 2001
(j)"auto LPG Import Substitution" means Import of Auto LPG by Government oil company/parallel marketeer substituted by-(i)indigenous LPG production from specific refineries/fractionators as authorised by Central Government from time to time,(ii)LPG through petrochemical units as authorised by Central Government from time to time, conforming to Indian Standard Specification IS 14861 as amended from time to time.
