Section 12(a) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Standards of Performance of Distribution Licensee) Regulations, 2006
(a)Voltage Variation: - The Licensee shall maintain voltages at the point of commencement of supply to consumer within the limits stipulated hereunder with reference to declared voltage.
