Section 19(1) in Shoolini University of Biotechnology and Management Sciences (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2009
(1)The Board of Management shall consist of the following members, namely:-(a)the Vice-Chancellor;(b)two members of the Governing Body, nominated by the sponsoring body;(c)three persons, who are not the members of the Governing Body, nominated by the sponsoring body; and(d)three persons from amongst the teachers, nominated by the sponsoring body.
