Section 5 in Rajasthan Para-medical Council Act, 2008
5. President and Vice-President of the Council.
- The president and the Vice-President of the Council shall be elected by the members of the council from among themselves:Provided that at the first constitution of the Council, the President and the Vice-President shall be nominated from amongst the members of the Council by the State Government, who shall hold office for three years or during the pleasure of State Government, whichever is earlier.
