357. Abstract of particulars in case of accidents in streets, etc., to be supplied to parties concerned on application. [§ 12, Act V, 1861].
- In case of accidents in streets or in other public places, abstracts of particulars of an occurrence may be supplied in B.P. Form No. 62 to parties concerned on application which must be accompanied by a fee of Rs. 5 (see memorandum of instructions on the back of the form).
