Section 116(1) in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012
(1)The order for winding-up shall be drawn up by the Registrar of Tribunal forthwith, and after it is signed and sealed, two certified copies thereof duly sealed shall be sent to the Liquidator. The order shall be in Form No. 33 with such variations as may be necessary.
