% 05.10.2021 The hearing has been conducted through Physical Mode.

1. Petition is listed before this Court pursuant to the order of the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, South-East District, Saket Court, New Delhi dated 14th September, 2021 noting that the trial in Sessions Case No.1741/2016 relating to FIR No.24/2009, under Sections 395/397 IPC, registered at PS Hauz Khas, titled as State vs. Harpal Singh Etc. is pending trial before the South-East District, whereas now the territorial jurisdiction to try offences relating to PS Hauz Khas falls within the jurisdiction of South District, hence the trial in the FIR in question is required to be transferred to the South District.

2. Considering the fact that the territorial jurisdiction to try offences relating to PS Hauz Khas is now with the South judicial District, the trial in Sessions Case No.1741/2016, FIR No.24/2009, under Sections 395/397 IPC, registered at PS Hauz Khas, titled as State vs. Harpal Singh Etc. is directed Signature Not Verified TR.P.(CRL.) 55/2021 PageDigitally 1 of Signed 2 By:JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA Signing Date:05.10.2021 22:18:02 to be transferred to the South District.

3. The case file be transferred to the Principal District & Sessions Judge, South District, Saket Court, New Delhi who will assign the case to the Court of Competent jurisdiction for further trial.

4. On receipt of the case file, the learned trial Court will issue notices of listing of the trial before it to the accused, complainant and the prosecution.

5. Petition is disposed of.
