Section 27A(2)(i) in The Bihar Civil Service (Executive Branch) and the Bihar Junior Civil Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1951

(i)The Select List shall be prepared by the Departmental Promotion Committee constituted under Rule 26-A (2) (i) in each year from amongst the members of the Senior Selection Grade referred to under Rule 27 and who have completed not less than four years of continuous service in Senior Selection Grade on the 1st day of January of the year in which such list is prepared.
