Section 414(2) in The Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Act, 1981
(2)If any female, who, according to custom, does not appear in public, be removed to any hospital or place under sub-section (1),-(a)the removal shall be effected in such a way as to preserve her privacy;(b)special accommodation suited to such custom shall be provided for her in such hospital or place; and(c)a female relative shall be allowed to remain with her.
